Gee whiz! I just realized I've made 7 cards this month and most of them within the past week! I hope I'm done for the month because I want to get to making layouts again!

This is a simple card that I "lifted" from Pinterest, although I added the key and used two Prima flowers from Mary and one from Creative Memories that I stacked and added a shank button to (after cutting off the shank)! Oh yes, I had to tell you my best friend and I went to the new Harbor Freight Tools store today and I got a pair of end nipper pliers to cut off button shanks! It works great and cuts so much closer than wire cutters. $4.00 was all I paid for them! I got several other tools and such for my Craft Palace for a grand total of $16.00!! I was pleased as punch!

All the papers were in my scraps stash. The striped and polka dot paper was double-sided so I used both sides. The punched paper is from a K & Company packaging scrap I saved. The key is from Martha Stewart. Stamped the verse on a label I had die cut with my Big Shot as well as the leaves! I'm loving that machine! :-) Once again, I stamped the verse, then immediately sprinkled clear embossing powder over it and heat embossed it. Fun!
