I did this layout on having a practice do done the day before my daughter's wedding in Jamaica. She has very long hair and it took several hours and dozens of bobby pins to create the perfect Up Do. Then she had to do it all over again the next day for the actual wedding. I punched little swirls and wrapped them around ribbon to resemble curls and mimic the swirls in the paper. The three bobby pins were the actual pins used in her hair and I hot glued some blingy flowers to them. I initially intended to display them like paperclips on the pictures but discovered the bobby pins scratched the surface of the pictures so just used pop-up dots (Zots) to affix them to the paper.
