The first night of our 40th anniversary road trip. Dinner at AJ Spurs in Buellton, as we headed to Solvang for the night. It was a fun spot. The waitress delivered a huge kettle of the best danged soup we ever ate. It's called Vaquero Soup, and they serve it we tequila beans and salsa, which you mix atop the soup. We ate every bit of that soup, and then tried to make room for the entrees once they arrived. Delicious. The "newspaper" in the layout is the restaurant's menu. See it laying on the table?
