I made this It's a Boy Banner using chipboard sheets, basic papers from Hobby Lobby, scoreboard, bone file and chalkboard accents and chalk marker. This by far (although a little bit simpler than the the It's a Girl banner I made earlier on) this one by far is my favorite. I'm noticing that the more diminsion that I add to these the better they're turning out!
