I fussy cut this 7 layer cake from an old DCWV paper stack called "The Doodlin' Around Stack" and Copic colored and fussy cut this little boy, Tom, from The Greeting Farm's Hatters stamp set. Then with a little bit of wonky layering and adding some tiny fabric flowers (to look like frosting flowers) to give some fun and dimension, I called this mad hatter's themed birthday card for my 9 year old nephew was done.
