Yes, that's me. No, I don't know what was up with the hair. I was probably trying to make it "big" but I had shorter hair at that age...and me and my hair have always had a love-hate relationship. I hate it, but I don't want to shave my head either. Anyhow, near as I can figure that pic was around 1988-89, because that is about the age when I wore that dress. (You see how I manage to avoid saying exactly what that age is!! :D )

Challenges:
-Ugly Paper Challenge - The pp for the ampersand and the red & white pieces that are fringe cut and added under "totally" and the bottom of the pic cluster...area...whatever! And the embellie was cut up to make "Totally" (You can see the before in the next photo)
