Here is another card I created with the beautiful pprs from Meggies Nana (Marylou) Thank you so much for the uplifting inspiration friend!
Both the top & bottom pprs are from a (HL) collection she sent. I snuck in a bit on book page print here & there as well.
I wetted, scrunched, distressed, stitched and inked the edges. Honeycomb stencil in center.
The postal stamp (also from Mlou:) has been lots of fun! as I like to add 'postage' to much of what I do.
I made a nest from some old Excelcer (?sp) and the eggs I made from Gabrielle's Homemade Texture Paste (she offers the recipe on her blog)
I think they turned out pretty good! for an amateur : ) LOL
The Prima brand resin bird is from Jan @ Memories of my girls.
Can you see the branch she is sitting on? It is a die cut from Memory Box I think. I'm afraid I covered it up with too much stuff, (blue Prills, ink, paint & moss bits) to see it very well.
Raffia bow on the side. Chipboard 'beautiful' and chpbd leaf pc under the nest.
