my niece, Kera Melanie known to her her family as Keramel/Caramel. She's a firecracker!

I love crafting because it helps me to connect with loved ones who are far away. This little one lives in Texas and I live in CA. While working on this page, I think about her BIG personality embodied in a tiny little body. And then when I show her and her mom the page, they feel loved, honored and treasured. Win-win. Plus getting messy with a gelli plate is just darn fun.

I made the background paper with paint, brayer, gelli plate, stencil and yellow mist.

I then sprayed the canvas flourishes with the same yellow mist.

I just LOVE how this came out. With 2 sons, I don't get to scrap "girly" enough!
