My son Chris gave me this plaque and a 'journey' pendant (I have hanging from it). It's funny how once I took the pic I realized a photo of my 'bestest' girlfriend ever was in the photo...and it's perfect for her to be next to this sentiment. Diane passed away 6 years ago. She was the kind of girlfriend you could tell anything and everything to....she would never judge you, but she would tell it like it is....no filters. There is a void in my life now....life goes on, but life is 'different'. Oh I still talk to her...even crack jokes...but geez, I miss her everyday. If you had a best friend that has passed, you know exactly what I am saying.... :(
