Perfect guy card & love how you did the bg with the clocks. I think I have one piece left of that gauze paper, hoarding it! No sea creatures here just a lovely card!:)))
Here's another birthday card I made for a nephew in Texas. I used a Darice Clocks background embossing folder, then rubbed TH Aged Mahogany and Black Soot directly over the raised edges and then decided to sprinkle clear embossing powder over it and heat emboss. I love how it turned out. I cut out a clock from TH Lost & Found paper stack, glued it down, then added the TH clock and spinners. I had inked around the edges of the paper clock with Black Soot but felt it needed a little more so I just glued down a piece of AC Baker's Twine. Stamped my sentiment on some textured paper that I inked in a few years ago and used foam squares to raise it a bit. I glued the clocks paper to DCWV's gauze paper (love that stuff), then to the card base. That's all there is to it! :-)
