I used scalloped edge scissors on the right edge then added the striped paper under the cut. I cut out "FISHY KISSES" with my Cricut machine. For the fish scene I used stickers. I added google eyes to the fish. I used 3D foam under the kissing fish, their bubbles and the title to add dimension. The envelope I made has waves crashing onto a beach.
