Sweet Sixteen MAC makeup Glam Session

My dd was not allowed to wear makeup (with the exception of a little lipstick for dances) until she turned 16, so on the day of her Sweet Sixteen celebration I took her to a MAC artist in the mall and had her makeup done for the first time. She was beyond thrilled! I have been wanting to scrap these photos for a while, but didn't really have a sketch or idea. When I realized that I would be lifting LelaScraps-n-Stamps in the May Scraplift the Person Before you Challenge I knew that I would find something in her gallery. I call her the "Queen of two page layouts." Her ability to fit so many photos on one page is uncanny! Anyway, I loved the way she tilted some of her photos in her layout entitled "Awesome Coach." I used that technique here. I am also submitting this layout for the May Sticker Challenge, the 2016 Hoader's Challenge (#37,38/80), and a couple of NSD challenges. A special thanks to the LOTW ladies for the fab "Glam" title. TFL and your sweet comments!

I love crafting because long after I'm gone my children, grandchildren, and great grand children can look back on the pages that I create and have a sense of who and where they came from. That's important to me.
