I made this card for a young girl in my church who just graduated from high school. I got the idea off of Pinterest. The cap, diploma and numbers I got off of Pinterest as well.
I used tan card, blue cardstock, shiny gold scrapbook
I got from Hobby Lobby, and a craft punch for the tiny stars. I had fun making it and the girl love the card to.
