I like the way you did the title and I enjoyed reading about the process. Cute pics but the one where you just see his eyes takes the cake! I am sorry for your loss but I am glad you have los like this to remember him by.
Oh Amie... my condolences on the loss of Gunner! What a handsome boy he was! Love the three photos and the little frame around him in the third! Great page and cute title!
What a wonderful tribute to Gunner! The photo of him peaking over the gate is so sweet. Such a special page and a perfect way to preserve your loving memories of him.
This is so cute! The picture of him peaking out is the best! So sorry for the loss. Love the layering, chicken wire stamping, and most of all the loose stitching, very clever! Great idea on cutting the missing letters out of chipboard first. It looks great!
This is my submission for June 5 Ingredients Challenge. 3 photos* sewing (random brown twine) * punched edge on left* stamping* and large title. Also submitted to June Use Your Stamps Challenge, June Scrap a Boy/ Girl Challenge.
Photos were taken last summer at my in laws lake house. My husband, and I both loved the photo of him barely looking over the top of the gate. Being able to scrap our memories of him is helping to heal the pain of losing him. When I was ready to put the title together, as with so many of my Thicker packs, I was missing key letters. I remembered I had,an old Quickkutz alphabet I thought would blend so instead of trying to make it look the same I used leftover scraps of patterns paper. I cut the extra letters out of chipboard 1st so the depth would be similar. Thanks for stopping by my place!!
