INDEPENDENCE DAY CARD

I used a blue for the card base. I embossed it then sanded it to expose the white core showing off the stars. I hand punched stripes for the bottom. I added the red and blue strip across the middle of the card and added some bling to it. I hand punched the the label and powder embossed "HAPPY 4TH OF JULY". I used 3D foam under it.
