Very pretty paper and background. I often wonder how they made children sit still that long for the picture to be taken. I bet the parents were thinking please children don't move please don't move! lol.
This is so beautiful... Love the softness of the papers with that wonderful sepia photograph. Love all your heritage layouts. They all look so beautiful...
Here you go again making these beautiful vintage inspirations. Love the color and background choices for this picture along with the layout. It is stunning.
Beautiful your pages are very awesome, I swear those papers look like something I seen before . I have so many papers I don't know what I have anymore but after checking I have that paper stack. thanks for the inspiration.
This is wonderful. I love seeing what you do with these vintage photos. I need to dig my few out and scraplift. I wish I had as many beautiful ones as you have. Lovely. Love the story too.
This one is way cool, Vicki! I love the fonts you choose to use. It looks awesome. Yes, those old cameras way back and how they had to sit stiff and very still, with most never cracking even a smile. Imagine what they would say to see what digital is like today!
This is an interesting photo. This is the same family as before only many years earlier. When I saw my GGA I was like wow! She was pretty. I knew her daughters were but only remember the elderly lady. Notice the baby in her lap. You can't see his face AT ALL it's a total blur. It's why people look stiff sometimes in a sepia photo. The camera aperture was open for a much longer time that if you moved, it would be blurry.
The little girl Rachel, is my cousin Rachel's grandmother. She married one of my Grand Uncles in my Miles family. So, my Grandmother and this Rachel were first cousins and then they became sister-in-laws as well. Got that? LOL.
