This is a small card. To make the card base I folded a strip of 110lb cardstock in half and then ran it through my Cuttlebug with a Scallop rectangle die being careful not to cut on the fold. 2 of the balloons were stamped on dp and the third on white cardstoc. I colored the white baloon with DerWent pencils. I cut a couple of rectangles of bright dp and attached them to the card base followed by the balloons which are adhered with foam dots. The sentiment is also adhered with foam dots for dimension. I added a tiny bow to finish it off
