Oh, I'm sorry he ruined your bird feeders. I don't think I'd like bears in my yard! But I do love the clever wording you used on this page as you scrapped about him! Great job of documenting this. I hope you can keep him out of your house! Cute page.
Those are great photos. You are the brave one, I would have been scared to death, even indoors. I love the way you put this together on your page. Wonderful layout.
Wow, I can't imagine waking up to a bear and I'd be totally terrified!
So glad your safe!
Linda, I love the way you designed this, it's super cute, the journaling is awesome and I love your frame work!!
Great job!!!
Stay safe!
Black bears are roaming day and night. We were hanging our bird feeders up during the day and taking them in towards evening. This guy totally tricked us by showing up in the A.M. I have a 6 ft. window in my kitchen/dining area. Rene and I sitting at the table talking when I saw this big black butt walking up the back yard. I said "Look a big Black Bear". He came over to watch as we both knew our feeders will be down. I happened to have my camera there and took some photos, even though they are a little dark as he is in the shadow of the lilac trees. It didn't take him long to rip it down and have a snack. Under the photo on the bottom he is snacking away, so I glued some of the real seeds left. We can't put them out any more at all as bears know where food is and they always return.
