It was a special moment for sure. One we will always remember and celebrate with much gratitude and joy in our hearts. Mommy & Daddy needed a break in order to get some sleep. I remember that early evening like yesterday. They were exhausted and wanted us to come stay with the baby while they caught-up on some much needed rest. They didn't have to ask twice! We gathered up our overnight bags and headed out. The grandchildren were elated; each arguing over who was going to hold the new baby first. We went with youngest to oldest to settle the matter. This was my granddaughters first time holding her baby cousin. It was love-at-first-sight and they bonded and fell in-love instantly. I was able to pop off some great photographs filled with many emotions and beautiful memories. It was a night to remember. To celebrate and document. And I am grateful!
