It makes me laugh when I see this picture. So much of my husband has changed over the last decade we have been together. He quit smoking, rarely drinks, he has a passion for being outside and active, his pallet has evolved from starchy, cheesey casseroles to vegetarian dishes of all nationalities...he even has hair! When we first met he shaved his head. For years he shaved his head. Then one day she asked me if he should grow it out. I had always assumed he couldn't (premature balding....his brother has it). But after a couple of months his head was covered in gorgeous thick chesnut brown hair that is always in perfect position without any product. What?!?!? "Why did you shave your head for all those years?" I finally asked him one day. His reply was "I liked wearing baseball caps and it was always just in the way; plus it was cheaper and easier than haircuts and constantly washing it."

That statement of practicality was his definition back then. he has become more romatic....even magical since then. He loves me with a softness that I think all women crave from their husbands. He is understanding of my peculiarities and thoughtful in how he interacts with me and shares our life together. He brings magic into our daughter's life. The man who hated Disney and Christmas lights, now gets giddy at the thought of the approaching season of joy. He sings silly songs with her and finds small and special ways to indulge her. Like secret trips to the pond to feed ducks or "nature adventures" when they hunt for rocks or shells or catch lizards. I sometimes think he is surprised by his changes too. I have asked him if he is ok with this change. He always answers..."I am overjoyed."

I need to give credit. This LO is a totally lift of My Monster Turns 1 By: Cinderella4282. I absolutely LOVE her original design. Check it out at :
