Tyler eating rose petals from grandpa's bushes.
I lost my dad in February but the bright spot is that he is in our hearts, even to the youngest grandson who used to help his grandpa with his rose garden and together they would smell and eat the rose petals. So Tyler carries on that tradition when he comes to visit Nanee by eating some rose petals when he passes grandpa's rose bushes. He's even taught his baby sister to do the same.
This was totally put together with Lumapix Fotofusion. It is so much faster than doing it with Photoshop. Tyler had on a bright blue Hawaiian outfit which clashed with the color scheme of this kit so I used the sepia filter in Fotofusion to make the colors match better. I did the same thing with the rose petals and rosebud because they were a bright wine color. I used a matte I made from the word Roses on a paper in the kit. It looks like I cut out the word roses but it's all digital. Mattes made from SNU_SSPaper_GetThe Edge were used on the background behind the word Roses and on the small picture of my Dad & Mom, if you'll notice the lacy edges. Fotofusion is amazing for layering and sizing photographs and elements and text quickly and using mattes.
