Being submited for CRITIQUE by the Glue dots group
LO of my DD on her sweet 16 Bday
Not sure why the colors of the pinks are SO off in this photos bc in real life they are a perfect match?
Anyways this is my first attempt at trying the corset lacing and I am pleased with it. (it shows up much better IRL) It is also the first time I have tried the technique of taking the traditional "cake" picture with the lights OFF and getting the gentle glow of the candles. I am liking it very much and will have to keep playing around with this. A tripod did alleviate the blur and is highly recommended.
When I look at it I feel like it is missing something on the right hand side though....?

GDCG: Neat ribbon technique. I'd add white (cream?) journalling rectangle onto the empty rectangle to the right. Then you could had a comment, second title or whatnot. I'd do a double or triple frame on it to bring in the black that others are mentioning to add. Maybe a tiny repeat of the pink in the bling in the top right corner in the border. You're borders are so amazing so I bet anything you do would be amazing.

GDCG: This page is stunning! The only thing I'd add (if any really) would be some small black flourish or flower on the right hand side. It's really a gorgeous page.

GDCG: I think it beautiful. If you have any bling that matches the pink you have on there I might add that to the upper right corner but otherwise I think it is fine just the way it is.

GDCG: This is really pretty. I like the photo, lacing, and the color. Really great. If you wanted to add more you could use a flourishy or pretty stamp up in the right hand corner to add a little more graphicyness (gotta love made up words) to the LO, but I think it still looks great without it.
