Description: Created for the July card challenge. Since I'm afraid I won't have enough time to do all the categories this month, I decided to do them all on 1 card. The Welcome is raised up with left over pieces from cut up pieces of my rubber stamps, but it is hard to tell in the pic. I drew and cut out the shape of baby buggy I wanted and then used it as a stencil for the card and the pp. TFL! :)
