Description: July Card Challenge--Technique (stitching)
I wanted to try a circular card so I drew a circle with a compass and cut it out using scalloped deco scissors. I also cut half inch strips for the inner circle. I cut out a green star and machine stitched it around the edges a few times. Ribbon, buttons, and hand stitching completed the card. (:
