Pocket card was made from a strip of 12x12 black stock. 5 1/2 inches wide. I can't tell you how far you need to fold over, because it depends what stamp you are using at the top of your pullout tag & the size of envelopes you have. The top saying needs to be in full view. I like to add a cuff at the top of the fold to draw attention to the tag. My daughter-in-law likes to bake & the colors of the 3d stickers decided my color scheme. NOTE: the stickers at the bottom of the tag are flat. This is important so the tag doesn't hang up when putting in or removing from the pocket. I always double the tag for body. Here you see I added a 3rd layer in white to sign the card. When putting the name on the base, I just measured the letters I had & made a very narrow space between each red ractangle at the bottom of the pocket. Added a glitter border & had a small piece left & used it on the cuff. Punch a hole in tag where it is doubled use a tassel, use narrow ribbon.
