I got this idea from somewhere (I think it was Julie Ebersole at the CLASSroom for Ellen Hutson) to use a torn sheet of paper as the snow mask. I used a Versamark pen to make the "snowflakes" and white heat embossed them and then sponged the ink by pushing upward from the torn paper mask. The "outline" is Anita's outlines straight line borders. I have had these for years. I think I got them on Ebay.
