Ive rarely used so many layers of paper on a card so this is different for me. The image is an old Penny Black sticker. I die cut the tag and stamped "Hello" then added eyelets for the ribbon. This is also something new to me. Im learning a few things you guys!! Envelope is also hand made. Thanks so much for all your wonderful comments, votes and friendly messages.
