Description: Founded in 322 BC by Alexander the Great, this very pretty city remains an important and busy seaport in the Nile River delta. The small photos show our docking space next to the Customs House. There were bright red geraniums everywhere...not at all like some docks! The building on my bg photo is the naval academy.
