Description: I feel like every LO I've done in the last two weeks has either been 4th of July related or water related! But, I guess it's summer and that's to be expected. DS was enjoying himself at a birthday party for the little girl next door. I saw my sister (Suebo) use Ali Edwards' wordart in a recent LO and I had to go purchase it. I just love it and can't wait to use it on some more LOs. TFL!

Journaling: Today was Olvia’s 4th birthday party. It was the first “friends” party you were invited to, and boy did you have fun! They rented a huge inflatable waterslide and a jump house for the kids to play in. We set up the sprinkler in our yard for all of you to run through. The party lasted pretty much the whole day and included crafts and digging for treasure in the sandbox. But what surprised me the most was how you enjoyed catching the water in your mouth more than anything else. All of the planned activities and rented props couldn’t compare to a simple sprinkler. It’s the small things in life, the little things, that make us the happiest.
