Description: This is one of the first Christmas layouts I have done in like forever. Dont know why but I tend to stay away from doing this holiday.

Each pic of something we made has the year and who made it on it. Journaling reads.. Each Christmas it is a stroll down memory lane as we unpack the ornament, remembering when we made these, why we bought thosem and finding the favorites. Even so much as remembering how we "robbed" the pinecones off the neighbors tree to make our garland. Each year we try to add something new to the tree. I eventually want to have an entire tree filled with homemade ornaments that I can then hand down to the girls and they can keep the stories alive.

Awesome photos and journaling. I've been wanting to do a layout like this esp. with all the ornaments my mom passed on to me from my childhood! My boys don't have any idea with the merging of their Mom's stuff and our "new" family traditions/ornaments and half the stories I"m starting to forget myself!
