Description: This one was really fun to create. The bg is blue acrylic paint on kraft cs. The letters are thickers (the o's are bitty blossoms). On the side of the pic is a paper frill -- it didn't show up well on the scan, but is apparent irl. Chipboard flourish is by Maya Road, painted with acrylic and outlined with a brown sharpie. HS heart on top.
