Description: This is for the June Doodle Challenge. We had to dooddle everything, no embellishments. Whew!!!!! My fingers are so cramped! I drew this flag and wrote everything 3 times before I was even halfway satisfied with it, still not completely happy, I can see where my fingers were cramping LOL! This LO contains the preamble the to constitution, the pledge of allegiance, America The Beautiful, The star Spangled Banner, God Bless America, My Country Tis Of Thee, Grand Old Flag, Proud To Be An American and excerpt from the Declaration of Independence.

This is my Father in law Clyde Johnson. He fought in the European, African and Pacific theaters during WWII, receiving two purple hearts among many other medals.
He served in Korea during the Korean Conflict and retired from the Air Force with the rank of Chief Master Sargent after serving his country for 21 years. To him and all the American soldiers who have and are serving their country, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart! I owe you a debt that can never be repaid!

Quite frankly, this is one of the best layouts I have EVER seen and I cannot express how inspirational I find it. Being the wife of a former marine who served in Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom, I (and he) truly appreciate the patriotism of this layout. Just fantastic. Into faves.
