Description: Made this LO for the Making Memories Contest..2nd attemp to upload correctly...pic is alot clearer. Grandpa and Aidan June 8, 2008 in Hull Mass. At the "Gut", a favorite fishing spot!! Base page Making Memories "Noteworthy"as well as shaped half page. Allmatting papers inked with Tim Holtz Distress Ink, All embellishments also Making Memories except for the GrandaPa tage and the jelly sticker above it...they're by Soft Spoken- Me and My Big Ideas. I added a small piece of cardboard under the felt flower to give it demension and texture...more manly with all of the flower print...TFL!!:)
For me, this title struck me. I have a son, Aidan, as well. He was born on New Years Even (2004) and my dad was in the room when he was born. On June 3rd of that same year, he passed away, and it was at that moment that I realized that I had never gotten a photo of he and Aidan together.........it makes me sad to this day. But, I smiled when I saw this photo of your son and his grandfather.......and I cherish the MEMORY of my dad in the room when Aidan was born.
