Description: This is my Dad in France when he was in the Navy. I made the french flag from cardstock & put my journalling on the back of it. You can't see them too well but I sewed an anchor to each corner of the hessian fabric that the photo is matted onto using garden twine & I made little reef knots & stuck them each side of "dad". Thought it looked a bit nautical lol!!!!!!

This month it is supposed to be a Family Member in the Military! You ought to post it there if you didn't already! I don't know if it is too late to join for July, but they have till the 31st to post!..I was going to do my Dad's too, of him in the Army in WW2.
