Description: Another sketch- this one's from PageMaps- of course I had to change it a little as I didn't think it would be very fitting to put flowers on a page of my brother. I was inspired to do this layout about my younger brother Benjamin when I came upon this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson- "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment." The title was done using Scenic Route chipboard. The chipboard and embellies look black on here but they are actually a dark brown IRL. Did a little stitching with the sewing machine- that's about the only time it gets used these days lol! Don't remember who the PP is by- I think it's some we've had forever..anyway..thanks so much for looking!!!

Awesome quote and LO. Love the green and brown. Great stitching and journaling.

This is a GREAT LO!! You've done a wonderful job keeping it masculine and the journaling is obviously written by someone who is close to her brother!! I love your use of the stitching, cut outs and the pp you chose! Beautifully done!!
