Circles and swirls are punched and cut with coluzzle and inked. Letters are sparkley chipboard that I won in a prize. They were a really light blue, so I inked them to match. Printed piece is actually from an old dictionary that I picked up for $1 at the used book store - just to use for scrapping! PPs are Miss Elizabeth's ($1 store) and scraps. Stamp is by Fiskars. Ink by Colorbox.
