Description: This is for the For Scraps Sake COF Challenge!

We were to use "older" scrap items.

I used eyelets and a paper punch.

So, I tore the heck out of this AC pp and inked the edges. Yes, those are feathers! Lots of glittery butterflies and black rhinestones for fun!
