Tore, distressed, rolled and inked. Masked and sprayed with Glimmer Mist. Used 2 colors of Ranger Crackle Paint. Made the western belt to look like the kind he always wore.
This is a photo of my paternal grandfather during the 1930's. He was a City Marshal of Arlington, Texas from 1911 until 1914, Sheriff of Tarrant County from 1929 until 1933, and U.S. Marshal of the Northern District of Texas from 1933 until 1954. Doing this LO prompted me to begin typing all of my memories of my grandfather, which I'm still working on. If I don't write down everything I know, then all the wonderful stories will die when I do.
