Was fortunate enough to spend a few days with my sister from So. Cal, this past June and take her to one of my very favorite places on this earth....Central Oregon...Sunriver, in particular.
This pic was taken in the Cascade mountain range on the top of Lava Butte, looking out over the lava fields. Sunny, warm day with a light breeze - gorgeous clouds that cast such an impressive contrast of light and dark shadows on the surrounding valleys and mountainsides. A little bit of heaven on earth....
I finally did a lo with hidden journaling - tag to pull our from the top of our picture....just a note about the date, where we were and how so very happy I was that we got to hang out and I got to show her a place she'd never seen before that was so special to me.
