I am so grateful for my digital camera when I look at this photo. I got in close to this baby girl when she was three days old and clicked and clicked until I got the photos I thought her parents and grandparents would cherish.
I also loved using a variety of trimmed-down pieces of the patterned paper from this collection in the layouts of my Nana's Kids album. Using minimal pieces of from the Die Cuts With a View "Nana's Kids" versatile collection insured the layouts would be clean and simple. Because the pack is generous with paper (three sheets of each pattern) I'll be able to make at least 12 - 15 more layouts and some cards using small strips, bars and layers with solid cardstocks as the backgrounds.
The "d" in "Wonder" was made from a "P" because I'd run out of "d's." Then to balance the uppercase world I added a lowercase "o" too.
This layout was made using the principles found in the New To Scrapbooking e-book: Easy Graphic and Color-blocked layouts. If interested in more information see the book links below.
