Paper is from the gorgeous Anna Griffin line, I have chalked around the black framed picture to soften the page using I Kan Do Pebbles chalks , 'pastels' & 'Jewel tones', starting with darker blue and working out to very light.
Large black swirly frame by Etsy, 2 smaller blue frames cut using Cricut Cartridge 'Storybook' and finished with Stickles Baby Blue. Miscellaneous brand blk crystals around them.
Miscl felt white flowers and pearls around blk frame. I printed the 'Saying' on Transparency.
