Tofu!

For Comma Holly's Totally Insane Turkey Tantrum Challenge AND the November 2 Page Sketch Challenge...

The turkey in the lower right corner is actually hand-cut. My eyes went a bit screwy after staring at the swirled DCWV paper for so long; trying to find and cut the perfect pieces out to assemble. I've also included seven recipes from www.foodtv.com in the pocket; all related the the photos you see.

I finally got a moment to share what I've written as my 5 reasons to eat tofu instead of turkey:

* Your leftovers will be far more versatile than any turkey could be!
* Tofu allows you to stay awake longer so you can better plan for Black Friday.
* Tofu requires less cooking time! You don't have to start dinner at 4AM!
* There will be at least one dish at the meal to make the family vegetarian happy.
* Tofu makes for one spectacular (and healthy) chocolate pie.

The bit about the pie is true, DH makes a tofu chocolate pie regularly. HEAVEN!
