Another l/o I made with the January Creative Kit from MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK. The picture is one of my little niece caught crawling around on the hood of my brother vintage car!
I made the blooms by layering random cut circle's of patterned paper and securing them with a rhinestone brad. The adding some puffy paint on the edges. The paint is activated by applying heat to it. For more information on how to make these blooms and for close-ups come check out my blog at
