A quick-to-assemble layout using one piece of border- pattern paper (and a green scrap) from the Sassafrass "Sweet Marmalade" collection. I placed one of the brads through the page protector on the journaling piece as well as added journaling with a permanent marker on the outside of the protector. Could have achieved the same look but writing on a transparency and placing it inside the pocket. A fun experiment.

Wonderful idea for using that Page Protector.

Very cool. I wouldn't have thought to turn it into one cohesive 12x12 lo.

I LOVE this page. The way you split the page according to the pockets. What a really neat idea!!!

Chilvr2:
The long, narrow page protector section does make it difficult for the layout paper to stay inside. Once I've placed my "February" layout in the backside-sections I'll secure them in their sections with brads that go through the protector and the layouts (like I did with the brads in the center of the flowers already there). Hope that helps.

Great page, but how did you get the 2" border on the left side to stay in the page protector? I purchased these page protectors and mine keep falling out!
