These are just a few small examples of the gorgeous pottery we saw in Okinawa. Each piece is such a work of art. We visited a local pottery shop and the owner gave us an impromptu guided tour of how the clay goes from start to finish. After seeing the whole lengthy process, I have a whole new appreciation for pottery!
