Today's reveal day for Creative Scrappers template #112...and here's my take on the sketch.

Photos are of Allen and Helen Grace on their "first" day of school (actually Pre-K 4 and Pre-K 3). Notice the HUGE backpacks! The patterned papers are Cosmo Cricket's Garden variety. Each strip is layered on red cs so it will have depth. I also layered the white background on some red cardstock. The stars are chipboard covered in white cardstock. The apples were cut from a scrap piece of paper. Title font is a QK font. The red "box" is hand stitched around the photos. Journaling is on the tag tucked behind the left photo and reads:

And so it begins…the first day of school. Allen you were headed for PreK-4 and Helen Grace you were heading for PreK-3. You picked out your book bags and they were almost as big as you are! You were both so excited to begin school. I hope school is always as exciting for you as it is right now, and I hope that you two always remain good friends.
