Have you ever gone through a creative slump? Completely lost the desire to create? That is what has happened to me this past month. I don't know what caused this, but I was just not in the mood to scrap. So my dear, sweet friend, Mistra, gave me the push I needed by giving me a challenge. The challenge was to use Michelle Grant's beautiful sketch that she created for the June Dusty Attic sketch challenge. I also had to use Finnabair-inspired techniques. This challenge was exactly what I needed. (Thanks Mis!)

I think that we've all been there! I'm so glad that you have come out of it with this amazing creation. Your daughter is just so gorgeous that I'm sure that she inspire you every day! I love how you "snuck" the eyelets in, even though you didn't do any of your pretty lacing techniques! You are just an amazingly talented artist and I'm so happy that you choose to share your talent with us~thanks so much!
