A photo of my Mum, taken when she was approx. a year old. She looks so cute and I love the hair do!
This lo is for the July Technique Challenge, which needed punch work, chipboard and color blending. I used several punches on the borders, a Dusty Attic frame and for my color blending work, I took three colors of embossing powder (copper, gold and a Tim Holtz brown distressing powder) and scattered them together over the frame, then melted them all together with the heat gun. (only downside was nearly setting my Dusty Attic frame alight - eeks!) I used a similar technique on the border around the outside of the page (pink, copper and Tim Holtz brown distressing powder).
The ribbon/pearl trim was white and I spritzed it with copper spray/mist.
This is a contiuation of my 'use supplies on hand' challenge also. If you look closely, you'll notice that some of the cardstock is the backing paper from the Prima flower embelishment. It fitted perfectly and is just far too pretty to throw out (plus it's eco friendly!!) I really enjoyed putting this page together. Thanks for looking.
