This is another LO I did for my heritage album a while back. After my mother passed away in 2005, I went through ALL of her albums (she had many!) and discovered these three treasures. These photos were taken in 1950 or 1951. Unfortunately, there was no indication what this dance was all about; just a few handwritten words at the bottom of a couple of the pictures, but nothing substantial to indicate what type of dance. Luckily I could identify my mother in two of the pictures. This LO is of a simple design--nothing fancy. TFL!!!!!!

WOW! What AWESOME photos to have! What a bummer you don't know the story behind these photos they are such treasures! The photo with the streamers and stars is really cool, those decorations and how they are lined up holding hands while people are walking under them... I would be going nuts trying to figure out what that was all about! Such a sweet LO, and your design doesn't take away from the photos at all!
