Give a Cheer
Last December I made two calendars for two very wonderful scrappers whom I met thru scrapjazz and this site. These gals are true angels to me and am deeply touched by their acts of kindness and friendship. Wish I could visit with them, but because there is such a distance, I decided to bring a little bit of the Midwest to them. This is the calendar I made for Lauri D.
This is February. The image is of Lauri's daughter Noelle and her husband Colin. They visited us last year on their way from Alaska (where they were stationed in the Army) to Indiana. I spent a day with this cute couple showing them around the area. This shot was taken at Cabela's -- a favorite store of Colin's.
